I design products that help startups (and their users) thrive
Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing B2B2C SaaS products. I specialize in simplifying complex workflows through research, systems thinking, and AI-powered product design. I work closely with product and engineering teams to ship intuitive, scalable experiences.
At Moved, I design resident onboarding and administrative tools that help U.S. property management companies operate more efficiently while delivering better customer experiences.
Product design across a PropTech platform
Product Designer at Moved, a US PropTech SaaS. On a lean two-person design team I own resident onboarding end to end and shape the admin and operator dashboards property managers use to run real buildings — designed, prototyped, and validated end to end.
The work is grouped by who it serves: the B2B platform operators live in all day, and the B2B2C resident app our customers hand to the people moving in.
My computer-science background means concepts ship as real, coded prototypes rather than static mockups — so what gets tested is the actual thing.

As Moved expanded across property management companies, the admin experience had to support increasingly complex workflows, property configurations, integrations, and edge cases without creating more work for the teams managing them.
Designing the operational layer behind every move
I worked closely with product, engineering, and CX to understand how resident moves were managed behind the scenes. I translated these workflows into clearer navigation, page structures, task management patterns, and configuration experiences for property management teams.
Turning complex move workflows into simple, scalable systems
Resident moves rarely follow a single path. I designed flexible task structures and configuration patterns that could accommodate different move-in and move-out scenarios without requiring a completely new experience for each one. The goal was to make complex workflows easier for admins to understand and manage.
Supporting the teams behind the experience
I also designed internal tooling that gave the CX team greater visibility into move and integration states, allowing them to diagnose issues and resolve edge cases with less reliance on engineering.

The B2B2C end — the consumer product our property-management customers deliver to their residents. I own resident onboarding end to end, starting with the invite email that goes out the moment someone is invited to the platform — the entry point that gets a new resident in the door — through the multi-step move-in flows for setting up cable and internet, registering a pet, and uploading documents and photos, including the empty states, errors, and moments where people stall.
The experience also includes resident-facing AI move recommendations and Return-to-Complete (R2C) reminder emails that reach residents who dropped out mid-flow and guide them back to the exact tasks they still need to complete, helping recover residents who would otherwise have abandoned the process.
Designing a guided moving experience
I designed the resident experience to turn what can be an overwhelming moving process into a clear, guided journey. I focused on helping residents understand what they needed to do, what was coming next, and where they stood throughout the move-in process. I brought tasks, information, and services into a cohesive experience so residents could move through the process without having to piece it together themselves.
Making every interaction feel effortless
I designed key interactions around reducing friction — from completing required tasks to discovering and activating services. Each touchpoint was designed to feel simple and intuitive while maintaining the thoughtful, white-glove experience Moved aimed to deliver.
Design systems

On a two-person design team, a system is what keeps everything consistent. I create, maintain, and document reusable components — including modals, breadcrumbs, data tables, announcement bars, and the rich-text editor — with interaction, validation, and error states defined. I continuously update the system as product requirements evolve, ensuring patterns remain consistent and reusable across both the admin and resident experiences.
Brand & marketing
The surfaces that carry the brand, not the login.
Brand & marketing
The outward-facing layer of the product.
I designed the visual experiences that introduced Moved to customers and kept the brand consistent beyond the product itself. This included landing pages, marketing and announcement emails, social media assets, and print materials, adapting the brand across different formats while maintaining a cohesive visual language and clear communication.
The dashboard got more powerful. It didn’t get harder to use.
5 Years of Product Design experience
Turning insights into product direction
I uncover user needs, define problems worth solving, and help shape product strategy before design begins. Through user research, information architecture, and product thinking, I ensure solutions are grounded in real user behavior and business goals.
Bridging design and development
I work closely with engineers and product teams to translate ideas into production-ready experiences. My technical background enables smoother collaboration, stronger design implementation, and faster product delivery from concept to launch.
Designing, testing, and iterating
I believe great products are shaped through continuous learning. By combining usability testing, user feedback, analytics, and AI-driven product design, I refine experiences that become more effective with every iteration.
Designing intuitive, scalable experiences
I design user experiences that balance usability, visual clarity, and long-term scalability. From interaction design to design systems, I create consistent foundations that help products grow without compromising quality.
